Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride, you are entitled to a full refund of any charges paid.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled ride will result in a refund of 50% of the charges paid.
No Refund: If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel a ride, please follow the instructions on our app or website, or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Payments
Payment for services must be completed through our approved payment processes. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
