Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full Refund: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride, you are entitled to a full refund of any charges paid.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled ride will result in a refund of 50% of the charges paid.
No Refund: If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, you will not be eligible for a refund.
