The bar is dedicated to the Dominican Republic under the name "Santo Domingo Extra Dark Chocolate" bar. The new chocolate treat features a product made with 85% Dominican chocolate. Beautifully wrapped, the new chocolate bar comes in a wide variety to please all chocolate lovers: hazelnut, peanuts, coffee, fruity notes of cherry and blackberry and a faint citrus note. It is available in shops that carry Godiva products. The Dominican Republic is one of the world's largest cocoa producers. Last year the country exported two-thirds of the eighteen thousand tons of organic cocoa sold in international markets.
